more goober crap with mac os x

Trying to change my frigging system password. I go into System -> Users
and try. Oh no, that doesn't work. I have to go into the frigging
keychain utility, which I go into but have no idea which thing I am
supposed to changed. Why bother having password fields under System ->
Users if you can't change them?

Mac OS X - the last word in unusability.

You can go into the Terminal and change it using "passwd". If you have
admin privileges, and some other user has forgotten their password, you
can change it by typing "sudo passwd <user name>".

Or you can boot up from your install disk and choose "Change Password"
from (I think) the File menu.
