A quick Google for "graphing calculator" produced this:

Re: Does OS X have a graphing calculator?

Thanks, I like it. I was hoping that there was one included with the OS.

I too was originaly dissapointed, but I found one called Q Graph at
versiontracker.com that I like even better than the old OS8/9 one
because I can type things like y^2=x-2+x^2 and it just works.

Check VersionTracker or any of the other Mac software web sites. You
should be able to find a graphic calculator for Mac OS X if you look. I
don't recall seeing one as a standard part of Mac OS X.

Tiger (10.4) has one by default.

Panther (10.3) has one, but it isn't enabled in the default setup.

Use Finder to go to Applications > Calculator. Right click or control
click the Calculator and then select Show Package Contents. Go to the
Resources folder, and copy Graphing 2d.calcview to the Plugins folder
(at the same level) (you could also copy the hexadecimal and expression
calcview to Plugins).

That will increase the number of calculator views from the standard two
to include a graphic calculator. The usual keyboard shortcuts will
work, etc. I imagine Apple didn't consider it sufficiently complete to
enable it, so there may be features it doesn't handle well.

I don't know how long that has been around, so it may not be in 10.2 (I
only switched to Mac with 10.3).
