| Software Loading Question Hello: I'm using a Mac Mini with OSX 10.3.8. Under "Classic", I'm attempting to load a piece of software that is contained on 2 different CDs. The first CD asks for the 2nd CD. I insert it. Then the 2nd CD asks for the first one back, but doesn't eject the 2nd one. Pressing and holding F-12 gets the 2nd CD out of the drive, but when I insert the 1st CD back into the drive, the Mac Mini ignores it. How can I make it see that there is a new CD in the drive, so it will continue loading? Thanks for any help! --Guy Thurston, OR |

Mount both CD images on the desktop, then run the install. It's how I install Adobe Creative Suite at work. I keep an external drive with disk images of all the software we use, and install as I described. -- Brian Ehni |
