There's a faq for A/UX that tells you anything and everything you want
to know. The part that addresses system requirements is here:

http://www.faqs.org/faqs/aux-faq/part2/

See section G.02 and G.03. It basically says that A/UX 3.0 runs on the
SE/30 then says that "A/UX 3.1.1 will NOT run reliably on the MacII,
MacIIx, MacIIcx or SE/30 machines." Not sure what that means exactly
but you may want to wade through the faqs and find other references to
see who may be using it with an SE/30.

There is also an A/UX newsgroup at comp.unix.aux where you may find
more info.

Hope this helps.
