I am considering purchasing a set of Apple eMac Software Restore disks (to
obtain OS 10.3.5) originally bundled with an eMac.

Will these disks install OS 10.3.5 on an older G4 PowerMac, specifically a
G4 733 Mhz Quicksilver model, or are they eMac-specific?

Generally, hardware-specific Software Restore discs do not work with
other Mac models.

The original Jaguar (10.2.4) discs that came with our eMac
listed the G3 and G4 machines supported by the binaries
on board. We did install the 10.2.4 on a G4 733MHz
Quicksilver. I can't speak for the Panther installation.
