Decoding RAR on OS 9 ? - Technology Questions

Decoding RAR on OS 9 ?

Googling wasn't much help.

I've recently tried to download some MP3 and MPG files uploaded in RAR
segments, which are also Y encoded.

OK, after I decode the yenc, I am left with multiple RAR parts.

The question is what next?

I downloaded MacRAR but that seemed rather non-intuitive as to what to
do next.

I'm just looking for the how-to to get a working file.
