Flashing ATi Rage II+ - Technology Questions

Flashing ATi Rage II+

I've got a lot of ATi Rage II+ DVD PCI cards for the PC. Is it possible
to flash them for a Mac G4? If so, where can I get the firmware? I'm
looking for a cheap way to have dual displays. I've tried Dr Bott ADC
to VGA converter on Rage 128 card but it gave me dim mirror displays.
