My friend upgraded his linux based file server that I use as a web
server, and I used to SSH via Terminal, but now I get a response from
his machine that says "I have requested strict checking" (or like) and I
get denied access. He is sure the problem is on my end.
Any help on what to do to make the SSH work again?

We just sloved it, never mind.....

I found ".ssh" and then I < mv .ssh sshbad >
and then when I tried to ssh and it relearned itself.
