MS Office 2004 and iBook I have an iBook G4, and I bought a license of the standard version of Office 2004 at Rochester Institute of Technology. I have installed it several times, with the installer and drag and drop. It installs fine, but I can not get any of the Office Apps to start. It comes upwith a "Microsoft Error Reporting" dialog box. When I first got the iBook, I used the setup assistant to transfer everything from my old iMac (which did not have Office). I would appreciate any ideas.

Re: MS Office 2004 and iBook I uninstalled office and disabled all ms fonts. i then reinstalled office and it came up with a dialog box that said it was installing fonts. it did not do that before. it still does not work though, and comes up with a different message. this one says Microsoft Word has encountered a problem and needs to close. I appreciate any thoughts.

Re: MS Office 2004 and iBook I got it straightened out. I had to create a new user acct. and install office while logged in with the new acct. Office will not work with the new acct, but it now works with my acct. which is all i need it to do.
