AppleWorks help

Hello all,
I'm trying to find out how to make a student's roster sheet;
preferably a template. What I need is:
A) Teacher's name and classroom number at the top
B) a sheet with twenty-five student names in a column
C) eight columns to the right of the names
D) at the top of each column, a forty-five degree angled line on which
I can type subject matter. I need the angled line so that I can
include more information than could be normally be typed in a typical
cell.
E) All this must be printable
If all this can be accomplished using AppleWorks 6, Great! If not,
what program do I need. I'm running OS9.2 now, but I hope to purchase
the new iMac next week. Thanks to all in advance.

Appleworks include a template for teachers to use and modify.
If you can not find it send me your email address and I'll attach it.
