| Component not captured error Nikon Scanner Before the Nikon scanner quit, I had a slide in it with a preview showing in the dialogue box. The contrast was all wrong and I couldn't get it right, so I clicked on "Restore Factory Settings." Immediately the contrast in the preview was corrected and I thought I was on my way. I clicked on "Scan," and the error message came up. Now if I click on "preview" or "scan," the error message comes up. It is error number 3002, which means "Component not captured." I have reinstalled the Nikon driver software and reinstalled Photoshop... same 3002 message. Can anybody help? TIA Dave |
