Yes, of course. But I think you need the Developer Tools to compile the source. But, isn't Apache 1.3 included in MacOS X.3? You Apache 2.0.49 can download from Apple's download site: <http://www.apple.com/downloads/macosx/unix_open_source/apache.html> But I think this is without the source code.
