Emptying Trash Error - Technology Questions

Emptying Trash Error

When I attempt to empty the trash I get the following error:

The operation cannot be completed because one or more required items
cannot be found. (Error code -43).

Everything in the trash is emptied but Mac OS X backup folder.
Is there any way to get rid of this?
