Copy user capabilities

Hi!

I have to set up user capabilities on 12 different iMacs. Every
computer has 4 accounts. I would like to copy those capabilities by
the means of the command line (nicl or similar).

Unfortunately, nicl's copy command can only copy directories, but
not individual keys.

Does anyone of you know a possibility to do this without excessive
mouse clicking?

Thank you very much. Kind regards
