I can get a 512 M SODIM PC100 for My Imac G4/700 at low price. Apple
recommend SODIMM PC133 for this model

The seller told me that it will works without any problems.

Any comments about this part substitution ? Decrease in performance ?

You can use a PC-133 in a PC-100, but NOT the other way around. At best, the
computer will probably not not even recognize it. At worst, you may damage
something.
