iTunes authorization

I have copied songs from my G4 to my iBook G4. I cannot play/burn in the
iBook without authorization.
Does any know how to get authorization in a second Mac?
First: must it be done online? That would be inconvenient as I don't
have internet access for the iBook.

Wouldn't checking the iTunes Help file on this topic have been a lot
faster?

Odd: I opened iTunes Help, typed in "authorization" and got the
following:

About authorization and deauthorization

You can listen to music you purchase from the iTunes Music Store on up
to three different computers at a time. When you play a song you've
purchased, your computer becomes "authorized" to play music purchased
using your Apple Account. (Authorization is a way to help protect the
copyrights on the music.)

Once you authorize three computers, you can't listen to music you've
purchased on a fourth computer unless you deauthorize one of the three
authorized computers. When you deauthorize a computer, you can't listen
to any music that was purchased using your Apple Account on that
computer. To authorize or deauthorize a computer, your computer needs to
be connected to the Internet.

For example, if you buy music on your home iMac, and also play the songs
you buy on your iBook and work computer, you won't be able to listen to
your purchased music on another computer until you deauthorize your
iMac, iBook, or work computer. If you're selling a computer or plan to
no longer use it, make sure you've deauthorized it before you no longer
have access to it.

Each computer can be authorized to play music purchased with multiple
Apple Accounts. For example, if each member of your household has an
Apple Account and you share one computer, each person can choose whether
to authorize the computer to play music purchased with their account.

.... there's also a direct link to a step-by-step on authorising and
de-authorising one's computer(s). Sorry you couldn't find it.

Yes of course I found it, and as I said that link (s) did not work.
