Hi

Just decided to subscribe to this ng..

I run a late-2005 Dual G5 2.3Ghz PowerMac and a 15" G4 Powerbook.

Unfortunately, I have to use Windows at work....

I've only been using my Macs for about a year, after 15 years from DOS to
WIndows, but I miss my Macs every day I have to come to work..

I'm not a rabid Apple fanboi, I think Apple do things wrong sometimes,
(WHY can't I fit the bluetooth/Wireless card to my PowerMac myself?) but
you can't beat the fact that OSX is SO much better than anything else out
there and the hardware doesn't suck either.

I've not tried any of the new Intel machines, my PPC ones do the job more
than adequately for me.

Cheers, from the UK.

In that case you might want to look at uk.comp.sys.mac It's a higher
traffic group with a few hundred messages a day while this one only has
a few a month.
