Time Stamp
This is a verification of the time stamp for posts. I've noticed that the time has been off and changed the configuration in the admin panel.

There is a definite issue with the configuration file. Regardless of how the time stamp is set the phpbb code is placing a stamp 8 hours ahead of the clock.

UH oh .. is it correct now?

Oh how silly !

My profile was set to GMT. This was changed to GMT-8 hours and now the time is displaying correctly
