What version of OneNote and OneNote Mobile are you using? As I recall the
earlier version did only sync from phone/pocketPC to the desktop. With
OneNote2007 and the associated mobile version I am able to sync both ways,
making changes to a page and even adding a page on the desktop and syncing
that addition to the mobile. This of course needs to be done in the OneNote
Mobile section on the desktop.
