What He Is Merely Saying Is That All Device Drivers On Windows Update Are
Created By The Device Manufacturer, Not Microsoft (Microsoft Does Not Even
Create Their Own Device Driver's 4 Microsoft Hardware, They Out Source Device
Driver's Development 2 A Third Party 4 All Devices, Both Microsoft And
Non-Microsoft, That Way They Avoid Liability), Just FYI.
