Click Start, Run ( type ) DiskMgmt.Msc [Enter]

One open, you Right Click the Disk _ at the left edge of the pane.
From the Context menu, Choose "Convert to a Dynamic Disk".
I'm sure you've researched Dynamic Disks, just be aware of the
limitations and things that won't work after conversion.
