I SUGGEST THAT YOU START OUT BY DISCONNECTING YOUR ETHERNET CABLE, THEN
CREATE A CLEAN INSTALL OF WINDOWS XP SERVICE PACK 2, THEN INSTALL SERVICE
PACK 3 RELEASE CANDIDATE 2 WITH OUT DOWNLOADING ANY SERVICE PACK 2 UPDATES,
REBOOT, RECONNECT YOUR ETHERNET CABLE AND SEE JUST HOW MANY BUGS YOU GET ON
YOUR DESKTOP/LAPTOP, 1. OPEN IE, AND MSN.COM WILL CRASH EACH AND EVERY TIME,
2. DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME WILL CHANGE IN APRIL/OCTOBER 4 THE U.S.A., INSTEAD
OF MARCH/NOVEMBER, JUST FYI. ETC. ETC. ETC.
