Windows provides the ability to create text in Korean through the Regional and Language settings icon in the Windows control panel.

MS Office 2007 allows enabling specific languages in Word for typing and provides fonts with the ideograms for the language
characters.

If you're purchasing an English language edition of Office 2007 then you can add the Office 2007 Single Language pack for Korean
