are having techncial problems with the installation, contact customer
support at [url]http://support.microsoft.com[/url] - on the left choose Windows Vista
solution center, then on the top right, "contact a support professional".
The technet forum was for the RC preview versions and mostly for technet
users, it's not meant to scale up to broad product support issues.
