No, it is not a drive issue. It appears to be in the network stack, NIC
driver, or the NIC itself (doubtful).
There is a kb on this at [url]http://support.microsoft.com/kb/818326[/url] but it
addresses the error on XP. It might be worth reading as a starting point
anyway.
