I am a fan of the Tablet PCs and getting ready to purchase a Tablet PC from
TabletKiosk. The other Tablet PCs on the market that look interesting are from Gateway and HP.

The ShellConWindow is probably from a Jukebox software on your machine. Enter msconfig and change the settings. This should let you know.
