IE7 on Vista has the 'Check for publisher certificate revocation' and 'Check
for site certificate revocation' set, and the options are not set on IE7
and XP apparently.

You can always turn the configuration on IE7 and Vista off, which is off of
IE7 Internet Options/Advanced.

But for me, that's a security issue with the site's certificate, and there
would be no way I would go to that site nor any other SSL site that had an
invalid certificate.

You need to do some checking with that site and find out what is going on.
