I don't know what that site is about above, but it's obvious that your Web
browser needs to be in a secure connection between that Web site and the
browser, because information has to be protected.

You'll see that HTTPS anytime you're in contact with a site where your
credit card number or other such information are being transmitted over the
the Internet where security needs to be applied. Would you want to be in
contact with a Web site where such information between you and the site is
needed and it's not a secure connection?

You need to make contact with the Web administrator of the site by phone or
email and find out why that site's certificate is now invalid. Certificates
have an expiration date that can expire too, which could be the problem
along with other things.
