Sorry, that was just speculation. What I was imagining doesn't seem to be
available by default.

Hint: the article will help you drill down through the Group Policy tree
to find settings which apply to Internet Explorer.
It might still be available by user customization (e.g. .adm file which
exploits an otherwise unhandled policy value in the registry.)
