| Re: Menu Bar has disappeared in IE7: how do I get it back Robert - thanks for the reply. I found the help button hidden in a pull
downlist off to the right of the command bar into which area they had been
confined by the tool bar "slider" that adjusts space in the bar- I do not
know its actual name.
I guess I have play with this command bar more. But, alt-r does not seem to
do anything other than call up the print icon list. No where in it do I find
the possibility to switch printers. Do you know can I get the printer list
displayed before I print so I can switch printers at the moment as needed?
Changing printers via the pull down list in the Menu Bar, File Print box thru
the menu bar was a no-brainer. Help does define how to do this.
Finally, I selected Adobe PDF file as the default printer in the control
panel of XP Pro trying to get IE to print a doc to pdf, and it stayed on one
of the default physical printers and wouldn't switch to "print" a pdf file.
Any ideas here?
Finally - what is GPO? No one touches these systems other than me. I am
dealing with realtors, not computer people, and I have 13 PC's that taken on
these characteristics and I do not like it. Could this have come in via an
update from Microsoft??
