I finally got ahold of somebody from Microsoft! Thank God! Apparantly there's
a problem with downloads from the last couple of days because they are not
generating product numbers but the IT guys said they think they will have it
fixed in the next couple of hours...hopefully. So if anybody else is having
this problem they are not alone. Thanks for everybody's help!
