I had the same thing happen. Installed Office 2007 SP1 and my one not
printer disappeared. Had Dell on call help me and what he had me do is go
to One Note and click on Help, Click Office Diagnostics and let run. After
it was done my one note printer was back where it belonged. I was thrilled.
Just did this last night so not sure if it will last or not, but so far so
good. Hope this helps some of you. Tahoe
