There are too many people posting the same problem. Surely we couldn't all
have the same 'set-ups' software and hardware. Clearly we are having thesame
problems on very different set-ups. I think it's about time MS (multiple
sclerosis?) found a solution and posted an updated 'patch' to correct it.
When I buy a product I expect it to work properly. I don't expect to have to
call an ambulance or buy bandages to get it working. If they can't do that
then they should issue us all with a replacement for Vista with Windows XP
pro.
