You can create a shortcut to the file. Opening the file or the
shortcut opens the file. To create a shortcut, open Windows Explorer
and navigate to the file. Right-click on it and select Copy. Then open
the other folder. Right-click within the folder and select Paste
Shortcut. A file named something like "Shortcut to yourfile.doc" will
be created. You can rename the shortcut to anything you want. It will
still be pointing back to the original document.
