No problem here to do it in less than an hour.
Core 2 Duo 2.4GHz, 4GB 800MHz DDR2 HyperX and all hard drives of course
SATAII.
No problems installing Ubuntu in under an hour, downloading and
installing updates included. 6mbit connection does help....
