I know this is an old @55 thread, but I was re-installing Outlook 2003 just so I could load my settings before re-installing Office 2007. And I just want to reiterate to anyone at MS how retarded a decision it was to get rid of the settings wizard; really really stupid. It was simple and easy and always worked. WTH?!
