Surely you know the answer to this - you have an MSDN Licence and don't know
what the restrictions are?
But then when it comes to moving OEM OS from one pc to another, it is a
matter of interpretation - as well discussed and argued in this group over
the last three years - it can all get very confusing.

I can't make 'head nor tail' out of it.
A full Retail should cause no problems being moved from one computer to
another.
OEM you cannot, but there are 'ways & means' i.e telling lies when you try
for activation.
I would suspect that your licence/EULA conditions are similar to OEM.
You may also get caught up in the WGA/WGAVT/WGAN - depends if you have it
already installed.
