You get this error when you try to access a 2003 *.ONE file in a Notebook
in 2007? Can you describe the steps needed to recreate it? As far as I
know, you shouldn't get that error message at all just by opening up a 2003
Section file.

Can you verify that the files are OK when accessed under 2003 and are not
corrupt? You should also check that they are not password protected.
