That's an interesting one. Maybe one of the OneNote guys who typically hang
around here will address it. I have never done an upgrade but from what I
understand, it's supposed to convert the files automatically. It might have
something to do with whether or not SP1 was applied to OneNote 2003 before
you upgraded?
