I'm assuming you're using OneNote 2007. You might check over at
http://www.onenotepowertoys.com and see if there is a powertoy to do what
you want (I don't think there is, yet). If there isn't one you might be
able to write one - especially since I see you're a C# MVP and thus I assume
pretty comfortable with coding. :)
