Re: Windows explorer (taskbar) freezes and start menu disappears

Hi Jer,

Do you have the google desktop installed? It's been known to cause this
issue. Otherwise, click start and type msconfig, then hit <enter>. On the
general tab, place the system in diagnostic mode, click apply/ok and reboot
as directed. See if the problem with the taskbar goes away.
