For those that know how to get requested features information to microsoft:
Desktop icons are far better top aligned than left aligned. Can Microsoft
please engineer an upgrade that will allow the Windows use to align hi/her
desktop icons from the top, that is horizontally, rather than vertcially.

This feature is long overdue.
