OE is supported in the interntexplorer groups

NB you have to connect your old OE data to OE on your new PC, before you can
then *Export* msgs to Outlook, and within outlook *import* addresses
Note also OL doesnt use identities, but Profiles which can only be switched
by closing OL & reopening in the 'other' Profile
PS if you are happy with OE then your new PC allready has either OE or
Windows Mail (If Vista) on it, as part of the o/s
