Thanks, but the items you noted are not the problem or the source of the
problem. I am wondering, however, if the copy -paste, use of clipboard is
tied to the use of my new KVM switch which is PS2 on one side (keyboard side)
and USB on the 2 computers side. Could there be something about devices that
try to marry PS2 devices to USB computers?
