Did you restart the computer before re-running setup? My brother had NERO 7
installed on XP Home Edition, and I upgraded over it to Vista then installed
the latest compatible version of NERO and worked just fine. Maybe after
installing Vista you could update NERO 7 then run the Clean up tool.
