Have you contacted Lenovo about support with various IM services. I have a
Logitech QuickCam I recently reviewed and it clearly said on the box,
Certified for Windows Vista, Windows Live Messenger, Yahoo! Messenger and
AIM. So its possibility that it could be a compatibility issue with the
service.
