Make sure the 'Trusted zones' settings are set at default...
Tools > Internet Options > Security > [Click on Trusted sites] >Custom Level
> [Dropdown box to low] > Reset
If that still doesn't work then perhaps your security settings are too high
elsewhere eg in some of your other security software. You seem to have a lot
of security software running. Check within each program's options.
