Update: I tried downloading a completely new version of IE 7 from the
microsoft site today. This time I tried downloading it while logged into the
problem account, instead of downloading from my main account. At some point
in the download process it asks you validate your version of WIndows to be
geniune.
t told me that I wasn't running a Geniune version of Windows XP. WHY would
this be?
So then I went back to my main account and tried the same thing and it
validated successfully.
Why would windows vaidate when I am logged in with one account but not the
others? Yes, the accounts that don't validate are the problem accounts where
IE 7 has issues.
