Checking from a 'pacbell.net' IP address (at&t Yahoo! HSI), I have only a
little trouble on that site; the buttons are laggy. Checking again, with
Opera 9.23, and the buttons just as laggy.

I see the "This page uses frames, but your browser doesn't support them."
notice in the View Source of Opera. I don't think that applies, though; with
either MSIE 7, or Opera. The site displays in frames with both browsers.

More likely, if the buttons aren't showing, you have a scripting permission
issue. Ah. Disabled both Java and JavaScript in Opera. The buttons no longer
load, just display "Java a..." text in the windows where those buttons
should be. Frames are still working.
