Hi,
www.redhattedroadrunners.com displays OK for me with IE7. I suspect that a
third-party security program is preventing the JavaScript (fphover class)
buttons from displaying.
Try...
1. Internet Options> Security> Internet Zone> click on "Reset all zones to
default level."
2. Clear the Temporary Internet Files from Internet Options> General>
Browsing History> Delete> (next screen) etc.
3. Visit the JavaScript Test Page:
http://www.dcn.davis.ca.us/go/EXPLOR...avaScript.html to see if
Javascript is working.
4. From IE> Tools> Manage add-ons, disable all add-ons. Visit the page. If
the problems (frames & javascript) have resolved, re-enable add-ons
individually until the problem returns. You will have found the troublesome
add-on.
More at:
IEBlog Troubleshooting and Internet Explorer’s (No Add-ons) Mode:

5. Turn on the Windows Firewall from Control Panel> Windows Firewall and
disable any third-party firewall, security suite or other security programs.
See if one of these programs is causing the problem.
Hope this helps,
Don
